Reflection

Besides of Paparazzi dogging the celebrities anytime and anywhere, either the weather is good or not. Paparazzi using a professional camera or digital camera can enhance the feature neither the person is wide or far place this gadget can neutralize the photo. A simple Cellphone with camera can also do this too. How? Indeed, countless new cellphone features that can give good images.

Cellphone is one of the best and fastest gadget or technology divert into many features such as a watch, mini-phone, etc... Many of us use the cellphone either with camera or without camera. Cellphone is small wireless device that has at least the functions of a standard wire telephone but is smaller and more mobile. Also, has a feature can search and easily to contact the family, such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Cellphone is effortless carry on, also, had a camera take a photo every time you would like.

What is Street Photography? Street photography is photography that features the chance encounters and random accidents within public places. Street photography does not necessitate the presence of a street or even the urban environment. Though people usually feature directly, street photography might be absent of people and can be of an object or environment where the image projects a decidedly human character in facsimile or aesthetic. Several people do the street photography by using their cellphone in Good and Bad Terms. First, the Good Terms, example: it is to capture a Samaritan who helped unfortunate people and posted it to the social media at least seen it the right doing and become like him/her. Lastly, the Second, Bad Terms, just like unexpected doing like pornography, X-rated Photos or a women who just bend her legs and gets something into the ground and many more.

So, the Cellphone Photography is a person who can handle it properly or he/she doing right or wrong.

5 things I've learned

  1. Sixty-two percent of schools currently ban cell phone usage in the classroom due to concerns about cheating, cyberbullying and sexting.
  2. Courts are moving to ban the devices as well, removing cell phones from courtrooms in order to protect witnesses, victims, juries and even the accused from photographic intrusion that can put them at risk.
  3. Questionable cell phone camera usage has become an issue for many medical service providers and their patients.
  4. The Video Voyeurism Prevention Act was passed through Congress in 2004 to deal with the growing threat of privacy invasion through mobile technology. Specific wording in the law provides protection from video, camera or other images being taken and/or broadcast of an individual if they are in an area in which they have a “reasonable expectation of privacy,” such as a gym, a department store dressing room, emergency room, or public restroom.
  5. The cell phone, with its easily concealed camera and low profile, allows people to not only satisfy morbid curiosity, but to share it with the world.

5 integrative questions

  1. Why what was the reason, cell phone photography has gotten quite a bad rap lately?
  2. Why removing cell phones from courtrooms can protect witnesses, victims, juries and even the accused from photographic intrusion?
  3. Why what was the reason using cell phone photography violates the confidentiality of the patient?
  4. Where does leave the People of Wal-Mart for invasion of privacy violations?
  5. What can you do to control people from using the cell phone camera?
